By accessing and using the Urban Threads website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received before your order is processed. We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Intellectual Property
The Urban Threads name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Urban Threads. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Urban Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
